Concierge Medical Services
No Insurance? No Problem.
We offer a range of concierge medical plans to meet your needs and budget. These plans are ideal for individuals seeking consistent, personalized care without the complications of insurance billing.
All concierge plans are paid annually, non-refundable, and do not carry over to the next year.
*We also accept CareCredit, cash, and major credit cards for all payments.
Pay-As-You-Go (Standard)
$120 per visit
For patients who prefer not to enroll in a concierge plan, we offer a straightforward cash rate per visit.
Concierge I
$600/year ($50/month equivalent)
Includes 12 medical visits per year
Additional visits: $75 per visit
Concierge II
$750/year ($62.50/month equivalent)
Includes 15 medical visits per year
Additional visits: $75 per visit
Vitamin B12 injection once every 3 months (4 per year)
Vitamin B-Complex injection once per year
Concierge III
$4,500/year ($375/month equivalent)
Includes 25 medical visits per year
Additional visits: $75 per visit
One Myer’s Cocktail IV Therapy treatment ($120 value)
4 Vitamin B12 injections per year ($80 value)
One Vitamin B-Complex injection per year ($60 value)
Two non-surgical cosmetic procedures per year ($1,600 value)
